Collections are from outside only. We will not enter any properties, garages or outbuildings. Items to be collected must be placed at front of property at the boundary and be clearly visible from the road. If you require assistance ask a family member, friend or neighbour.

This service is only for Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council residents. We do not collect commercial waste or from commercial properties.

Discounted rates are available if you are in receipt of certain benefits, during the booking process you will be asked to upload an image (JPEG File) to show proof of benefit.

Discounts are not available on collections of over 10 items or house clearances. Some large items may not be eligible for the discounted rate, we will contact you if we need to adjust your pricing.
