We operate a bulky waste recycling service on behalf of Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council, and this service is only for residents in these areas.

We do not collect commercial waste.

Collections are from outside only, we do not enter properties.

This is not a choose and book service, a date will be emailed to you and at busy times this can take up to 5 working days to receive.

A text reminder will also be sent.

Collections operate Monday - Friday only. We are unable to accommodate bookings that need collection in the same week.
