Book your Bulky Waste Collection

Collections are from outside only. We will not enter any properties, garages or outbuildings. Items to be collected must be placed at front of property at the boundary and be clearly visible from the road. If you require assistance ask a family member, friend or neighbour.

Collections operate Monday - Friday and we will collect any time from 8am, up to 6pm. Timed slots are not given.

This service is only for Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council residents. We do not collect commercial waste or from commercial properties.

We are unable to accommodate bookings that need collection in the same week.

*Some larger items such as American fridge freezers, range cookers, corner sofas, recliner sofas, triple wardrobes and bunk beds are classed as two items. Large trampolines and standard 6ft x 4ft sheds are classed as four items, contact us first if your shed is larger.

A bed base and a mattress are counted as two separate items, as is a dining table and chairs.

We do not collect commercial waste or commercial appliances.
