Remember some items, because of their size and weight, are classed as multiple items.​

• All sizes of sofa are classed as 2 items.

• Range cookers and American style fridge freezers are classed as two items each.

• Triple door wardrobes are classed as two items each. For larger sizes and fitted wardrobes please contact us before booking.

• Standard 6ft x 4ft sheds are classed as 4 items each. For larger sheds please contact us before booking.

• Large garden trampolines are classed as 2 items each.

• A bed base and mattress is counted separately as 1 item each.

• Dining table and chairs are counted separately, but up to 6 dining chairs are classed as 1 item.

To claim the discount price you will be asked to upload an image of your eligible proof of benefit.​

Please note:

Collections are from outside only. We do not enter buildings, sheds and garages, or rear gardens, and our crew will not carry items up and down steps.

This is not a choose and book service, a date will be emailed to you, this can take up to 5 working days to receive.

We are unable to accommodate bookings that need collection within a week of making a booking.

Collections operate Monday - Friday only, between 8am - 6pm. We do not give timed slots.

​

We do not collect commercial waste or appliances.
