You must specify all items to be collected on your booking form, as the crew will only collect what is listed.
Bookings received which do not include details requested may be cancelled.
All sofas are classed as two items each.
Range cookers are classed as two items each.
American style fridge freezers are classed as two items each.
Triple door wardrobes are classed as two items each. For larger wardrobes and fitted wardrobes, please contact us before booking.
Standard 6ft x 4ft sheds are classed as 4 items each. For larger sheds, please contact us before booking.
Large garden trampolines are classed as 4 items each.
A bed base and mattress is counted separately as one item each.
Dining table and chairs are not counted as one, they are counted individually.

Where possible include the dimensions of items.

Please include sizes - Single, Double, King etc.

Fridges and freezers - Under counter, Tall, Chest or American style?

Are carpets rolled, folded or cut into pieces and bagged?

Please include the length of the sofas and whether sofas are 2, 3 seater or larger.

You must specify if they are a corner sofa, recliner sofa or sofa bed.

Your collection may be delayed if this information is not given.
